Returns & Refund Policy

1. Perishable Item Policy

All products sold by FishBite are perishable goods. As such:

  • Returns or exchanges are not accepted after delivery has been completed
  • All sales are final once the product has left our facility
  • Customers are advised to inspect products immediately upon delivery

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Wrong Item Delivered: If you receive an item different from what was ordered
  • Damaged Products: If products arrive damaged, spoiled, or not fit for consumption
  • Missing Items: If items from your order are missing
  • Quality Issues: If products are not fresh at the time of delivery

3. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. In certain cases, refunds may be issued to your FishBite Wallet for future purchases.

4. Refund Timeline

Refund processing typically takes 3-7 business days from approval, depending on your payment provider:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days
  • Net Banking: 3-5 business days
  • FishBite Wallet: Instant credit
  • UPI Payments: 3-5 business days

5. How to Raise a Return Request

To initiate a return or refund request:

  1. Contact our customer support team within 2 hours of delivery
  2. Provide your order number and details of the issue
  3. Share photographs of the product/issues if requested
  4. Our team will evaluate your request and respond within 24 hours
  5. If approved, you'll receive instructions for next steps

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Items purchased during promotional sales (unless damaged)
  • Custom-cut or specially prepared items
  • Items past the 2-hour post-delivery complaint window
  • Items with no proof of purchase or order details
