FishBite is committed to delivering the freshest seafood and fish products to our customers. Please review our shipping policy to understand our delivery procedures and timelines.

1. Serviceable Locations

FishBite currently delivers to select locations within our designated service areas. During checkout, you can enter your delivery address to check if we serve your location.

2. Delivery Timelines

Our standard delivery timeframes are:

  • Same-Day Delivery: Orders placed before 10:00 AM can be delivered on the same day (subject to availability)
  • Next-Day Delivery: Orders placed after 10:00 AM will be delivered the following day

Delivery slots are available between 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily.

3. Same-Day/Next-Day Delivery Disclaimer

While we strive to meet our delivery commitments, same-day and next-day delivery options are subject to:

  • Product availability
  • Delivery address proximity to our fulfillment centers
  • Weather conditions and unforeseen circumstances
  • Order placement time

In exceptional circumstances, we may not be able to fulfill same-day or next-day delivery commitments.

4. Handling Charges

A nominal handling charge is applied to all orders to cover packaging and preservation costs. This charge is displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.

5. Delivery Delays

We make every effort to deliver your order on time. However, delays may occur due to:

  • Adverse weather conditions
  • Traffic congestion
  • Natural disasters or emergencies
  • Technical issues with our systems
  • Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

In case of significant delays, our customer service team will contact you to inform about revised delivery timings.

6. Contact-Less Delivery

We offer contact-less delivery options for your safety and convenience. During checkout, you can add special delivery instructions, and our delivery personnel will follow your preferences.

7. Failed Delivery Scenarios

If we are unable to deliver your order, the following scenarios may apply:

  • Recipient Not Available: We will attempt to contact you and schedule another delivery attempt
  • Incorrect Address: Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at the time of order
  • Unsafe Delivery Location: Our delivery personnel may refuse to deliver to unsafe locations
  • Repeated Delivery Failures: After multiple unsuccessful attempts, orders may be cancelled with refund processed

8. Delivery Restrictions

Certain restrictions apply to deliveries:

  • Orders cannot be delivered to P.O. Box addresses
  • Delivery to gated communities may require security gate clearance
  • Remote locations outside our service area are not serviced
